Mobility right in China and Canada

I  have been to Canada more than one year. I  love this country because people lived here was freedom and happy. In Canada people have so many freedoms and rights: fundamental freedoms, democratic rights, legal rights and equality rights. Today I want to tell about mobility rights. In Canada people can move to and take up residence in any province. You can pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province. In china, there is a strict rules of household registration system. So it's difficult for people to move to another city. For example if you want to move to Beijing Shanghai, it's difficult to register. If you didn't register when you move to a new place, it's difficult for your children to go to school,and you can't accept the medical insurance and the aged insurance. But I believe in China people will have the rights and freedoms too, because compared with Canada, China is a developing country, it needs time to perfect it.
