Better Lifestyle Behaviors Cut Risk of Hypertension

Doctors say a blood pressure management of 120/80 is consider normal, but if your blood pressure consistently 140/90 or higher, then many doctors diagnosis that it is hypertension. Hypertension or high blood pressure can lead to a stroke, heart disease, or heart attack. Studies in the past have cincluded the women are less prone to high blood pressure than men, but newer finding show that as a woman getting older, her risk of hypertension becomes the same as that of the men.
